Signature talks

Four talks, each built around a real problem

Each one teaches the skills to solve it, and every talk can be tailored to your audience and format.

The Invisible Scorecard™ of Executive Presence

The unspoken standard executives use to decide who they trust, include, and promote, and how to meet it on purpose.

Keynote90-minute virtual workshopHalf-day or full-dayGroup coaching

The problem

Administrative professionals are judged on presence, judgment, and communication every day. Almost no one tells them the criteria, so capable people stay labeled as task support.

Best for

Executive Assistant and administrative teams, executive office leaders, HR and learning teams, EA networks, and employee resource groups.

Participants will

  • Learn the seven pillars executives weigh: Trust, Judgment, Communication, Business Acumen, Influence, Leadership, and Gravitas, and see where they stand.
  • Use value language that connects daily work to business impact.
  • Hold boundaries and push back without sounding defensive or difficult.

The Invisible Scorecard assessment can be added before the session.

Bring this to your team

From Invisible to Indispensable

Mindset, confidence, and communication for administrative professionals ready to be seen as leaders.

Keynote60-minute virtual sessionWorkshop

Delivered for the IAAP Dallas Branch, March 2026

The problem

Administrative professionals do work that keeps the business running, and much of it goes unseen. Many hold back in exactly the moments that shape how leaders see them.

Best for

Professional associations, administrative conferences, Administrative Professionals Day events, and EA teams.

Participants will

  • Recognize the internal dialogue that keeps them quiet when they have something worth saying.
  • Speak up in meetings with clear, concise language that carries authority.
  • Leave with a plan to make their contributions visible to the leaders they support.

Unmuted

Speak with confidence, contribute with authority, and show up with intention.

“I will not shrink in rooms I was called to lead in.”

KeynoteMasterclassWorkshopCoaching series

The problem

Capable professionals often go quiet when it matters most: in meetings, presentations, and difficult conversations. The issue is rarely what they know. It is what happens to their voice under pressure.

Best for

Professionals and emerging leaders, women's leadership programs, employee resource groups, and women's conferences.

Participants will

  • Prepare a message with one clear point and deliver it without overexplaining.
  • Use posture, eye contact, pacing, and breath to steady their nerves.
  • Recover in the moment when they lose their words or their footing.

The Repositioning

Rebuilding confidence and professional identity after a layoff or career setback.

“You are not starting over. You are repositioning.”

KeynoteWorkshopVirtual session

The problem

Layoffs and repeated rejection quietly wear down confidence, and it shows up in interviews before the candidate says a word. Strong resumes do not fix what the rejection taught someone to believe.

Why I teach it

A layoff is a business decision, not a verdict on your value. I teach people how to walk into the next room whole.

Best for

Career transition and outplacement programs, workforce development groups, professional associations, employee resource groups, and women's groups.

Participants will

  • Separate what happened to them from what it says about them.
  • Build a confident, honest transition statement for interviews and networking.
  • Walk into interviews with presence instead of desperation.

Rhonda E. Augustus is a confidence and executive presence coach, keynote speaker, and corporate trainer who learned executive presence beside the C-suite, not from a textbook.

Across a career in executive support and operations, Rhonda has supported CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and SVPs at EY, Optiv, Bank of America, Willis Towers Watson, and Ribbon Communications. At Ribbon, she supported CFO-level leadership through earnings cycles and investor roadshows. At EY, she led professional development for about 70 Executive Assistants.

Her work is personal. Early in her career, she sat in the back of the room and said nothing, even when she had something worth saying. That experience shaped what she teaches now: confidence comes from knowing, not from showing.
